As a community centre, we provide services for anyone and everyone who wishes to take part. Our work is funded by our members, through donations, as well as through grants we receive. We have been involved in many projects such as the BBC Children In Need project of Writing My Story over the last year. We also provide adult services, art and cultural courses, a supplementary school, breakfast clubs and adult services. For more detail visit our About us section.
As a center we recognize the needs of our members and we are determined to tailor our services to the community’s and individual needs. Following our consultation, most of our members have indicated that due to a language barrier, they are facing many issues relating to especially housing, welfare, health and education. Therefore, the community centre provides advice services on a voluntary basis to the community members.
The community center provides advice services two days a week from. The service is free of charge and open to all. If you would like to benefit from this course please contact us.
